Water Babies

On Saturday we had a small cookout for some friends of ours that we've made in CT. The three couples who came to our house each have babies who are very close in age to Norah. We had a great evening of yummy food, drinks and good company. Toward the end of the evening, we decided to dip the kids feet into Norah's baby pool, but the girls had plans of their own. They were determined to make it into that pool and in the end, they got their wish. Alaina and Ava were plopped right in with their clothes on, while Norah didn't even need to get in because she was soaked from splashing so hard. The girls went wild, while Justin sat back quietly with a look that said, "Those girls are crazy!" We figured, what the heck? Clothes dry and diapers can be changed. The huge smiles and shrieks of excitement just made our evening!
