Spring Mix

Even though I haven't been getting too many pictures to prove it, a lot has been going on here over the past couple of months. Norah finished her playschool early this week and will be participating in 5 days of camp at the same facility over the next couple of weeks. My wonderful family and friends threw me a surprise 30th birthday party at the beginning of the month, which was, indeed, a total surprise and a lot of fun! We were so happy to be able to participte in the 5k walk/run for San Fillippo Syndrome that my brother-in-law and sister-in-law coordinated to continue to help support research for this devastating disease that affects our nephews, Ryan and Brayden and so many other children and families. It was such a successful event and it was great to be able to support the cause as a family. Norah completed her last session of Mommy and Me gymnastics classes. If she wants to continue to participate in gymnastics, the next session will be without mommies...just the kids and teachers. I can't believe how fast our little girl is growing! It's been so much fun participating in gymnastics with Norah...she absolutely loves it! But I will also look forward to watching her from afar as she continues to learn and grow. And finally, I will be taking 2 online classes to finally finish my Master's degree program that I started almost 6 years ago. Yeah, I figured I better get moving on this before the next little one comes along and my free time becomes very limited once again. Although I'm a little nervous as I haven't taken any classes or been teaching lately, it will be rewarding once I can say that it's all finished. So if I don't get around to posting much from July 6 - Aug. 15th, you'll know why. I'll try my best to at least post some brief updates though.

Speaking of updates, I'm now 16 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and feeling good! (finally!) We're really looking forward to July 7th when we have the full anatomy ultrasound and will hopefully find out if baby Kapes is a boy or a girl. We'll be sure to keep everyone posted. Until then, here's a mix of some pics to show what we've been up to this spring:
