May I take your order?

I love watching Norah and Jamie play together. As I watch these special moments between father and daughter I feel so lucky that Norah has such a great Daddy. He's such a good sport when it comes to playing and he has such great ideas! One of them was to turn our living room into a restaurant for Norah's stuffed animals. Norah takes on the role of waitress with her little notepad and crayon in hand ready to take orders and Jamie hangs out near her kitchen as the cook and tells her where to take the food when it's ready. I really feel that Norah is learning so much through the great amount of pretend play she's been doing lately, and a lot of that has to do with Jamie initiating and helping her with this kind of play.
