One of my Connecticut friends and fellow mommies, Candace, is moving back to her home state of Texas. We are certainly going to miss her, along with her husband, Clint and her beautiful little girl Cordy. Candace and I moved to CT around the same time last year and met in January. It didn't take long for us to become friends having both experienced moving to a new area so far from our family and old friends. Since then we've shared many laughs and made so many great mommy friends. Every person that enters your life, even if it is only for a short period of time, leaves an imprint on your heart. And although my heart is a little sad this week as I say goodbye to Candace and her family, I'm so thankful that I met her. I wish her and her family the best of luck as they return to Texas!
